Overview

Secondary Sales Agent – Real Estate (Resale Market)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Secondary Sales Agent to join our real estate team.

The ideal candidate will specialize in buying, selling, and leasing properties in the secondary (resale) market, with a strong understanding of Dubai’s property landscape and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the buying and selling of secondary market properties including apartments, villas, and commercial units
  • Generate leads through networking, property portals, referrals, and company database
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals between buyers and sellers
  • Advise clients on market conditions, pricing trends, and investment opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors
  • Prepare and manage all required documentation for transactions
  • Coordinate with brokers, developers, and legal teams to ensure smooth deal closures
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of listings, inquiries, and transactions in CRM systems

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate secondary sales (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai property market and RERA regulations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with strong sales drive and target orientation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred
  • RERA certification is an advantage (or willingness to obtain)
