Job Title: Telesales Executive (IT System Integrator)Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our IT System Integrator company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and promoting IT solutions such as networking, cybersecurity, cloud services, and hardware/software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company products and services
• Generate and qualify sales leads through cold calling, emails, and follow-ups
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions
• Schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM systems)
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Coordinate with technical and sales teams to close deals

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (preferably in IT industry)
• Basic knowledge of IT products and services (e.g., networking, servers, cloud, cybersecurity)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
• Experience in an IT system integrator or technology company
• Knowledge of brands like Cisco, Microsoft, Dell, HP, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
