Key Responsibilities

• **SEO (Search Engine Optimization):**
• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Conduct keyword research, perform on-page and off-page optimization, and execute regular site audits to ensure best practices are followed.
• **Digital Advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.):**
• Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Track performance metrics, optimize ad targeting, and adjust budgets to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• **Social Media Marketing:**
• Manage and enhance brand presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create engaging content, schedule posts, and interact with followers to foster brand awareness and engagement.Analyze campaign performance across all digital channels.
• Utilize Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools to monitor KPIs, optimize campaigns, and produce regular performance reports.Leverage your understanding of **website analytics**, basic **HTML/CSS**, and content management systems (CMS) to ensure smooth campaign integration and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with the technical team as needed.Conduct research and gain insights into target audience behavior and preferences.
• Tailor campaigns to meet the needs of specific segments and drive conversions.Collaborate with internal teams, such as content, design, and development, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies.

• **Social Media Strategy:** Experience in creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• **Paid Advertising:** Expertise in managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns, including bid management, targeting, and creative optimization.
• **Analytical Skills:** Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital marketing analytics tools.
• **Technical Skills:** Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, CMS platforms, and an understanding of website tracking and analytics.
• **Market Research:** Ability to analyze target audience data, interpret trends, and apply insights to digital marketing strategies.
• **Creativity:** Strong content creation skills and the ability to generate innovative ideas for digital marketing campaigns.
• **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with teams and deliver clear marketing messages.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Google Ads and Meta Ads certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
