Telesales Executive

Position overview

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
• Respond to and qualify leads from marketing campaigns, portals, referrals, and other sources.
• Source live and pocket listings by identifying property owners and building relationships with landlords.
• Understand clients’ requirements, preferences, budgets, and investment objectives.
• Introduce and explain real estate projects and properties to potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, appointments, and conversions.
• Coordinate with property consultants and agents for lead handover and follow-up.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead-conversion targets.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Stay updated on property projects, market trends, payment plans, and company offerings.
• Follow company sales and communication procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in telesales, tele sales, customer service, or real estate is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into appointments.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Good follow-up and organizational skills.
• UAE real estate experience is an advantage.

Salary

• AED 2,000–2,500 per month plus commission.
