Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries and follow up with potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Conduct property viewings, attend developer briefings, and guide clients through sales.
- Promote off-plan projects and secondary market listings.
- Negotiate buyer-seller deals and close transactions.
- Keep up with market trends and competitors.
- Build and manage a personal client database and work with company-provided leads.
Candidate requirements
- At least 1 year of real estate market experience is required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.
Employer-provided support
- Company-provided car for meetings, property viewings, and developer briefings.
- Verified and qualified company leads, with the opportunity to work personal leads as well.

Pay and employment
- Full-time position.
- Salary is AED 3,000 to AED 5,000 per month, with commission and stated unlimited earning potential.
