The property consultant will assist clients buying, selling, and renting properties while maintaining professional relationships.
The role covers off-plan projects and secondary-market listings.
Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries and follow up with potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Conduct property viewings and attend developer briefings; guide clients through the sales process.
- Present off-plan projects and secondary-market listings; negotiate deals through successful closure.
- Keep up to date with market trends and competitors.
- Build and manage a personal client database and work with company-provided leads.
Experience
- At least 1 year of real estate experience is required.

Compensation
