Seeking ambitious, confident, results-driven Real Estate Agents to join a growing team in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inquiries and follow up with potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Conduct property viewings, attend developer briefings, and guide clients through sales.
- Present and promote off-plan projects and secondary market listings.
- Negotiate buyer-seller deals and work toward successful closures.
- Keep current with real estate market trends and competitors.
- Build and manage a personal client database and use company-provided leads.
Requirements
- At least one year of real estate market experience is required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, sales orientation, and ability to build lasting client relationships.
