Role overview
Telesales role with VAAO Advertising, introducing branding and advertising solutions to potential customers.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling and follow-up calls; identify customer requirements and introduce company solutions.
- Schedule appointments for Business Development and build relationships with potential clients.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and existing leads; maintain accurate CRM records.
- Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs and coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English; Arabic is advantageous.
- Strong telephone etiquette and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Advertising, signage, printing, or branding industry experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500–5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
