Production duties
- Assist with fabrication, assembly, packaging, and installation preparation.
- Support carpentry, acrylic fabrication, metalwork, painting, printing, and vinyl application departments.
- Load, unload, and move materials safely within the production facility.
- Prepare tools, materials, and workstations before production begins.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workshop and production areas.
- Follow supervisor instructions and company safety procedures.
- Assist with quality checks so completed work meets company standards.
- Pack and prepare finished products for delivery or installation.
Candidate requirements
- Previous Production Helper, General Helper, or Factory Worker experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Signage, advertising, printing, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Physically fit and able to lift materials and stand for extended periods.
- Willing to learn and work across production departments.
- Able to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
