Job Title: Telecaller ( Female only )
Candidate With Own Visa Preferred
Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role involves contacting potential clients, introducing company projects or services, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Introduce company services, projects, or products to clients.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule meetings or property viewings for sales consultants.
- Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and close opportunities.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or similar role (preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu are a plus).
