We are a growing IT & Business Solutions company in the UAE, focused on customer service and long-term client relationships. We are looking for a Telesales / Cold Calling Executive who will primarily handle outbound calling, lead generation, customer interaction and manage front-desk duties.
Key Responsibilities
*Make outbound cold calls to generate leads and business opportunities
*Strong communication, convincing skills & telephone etiquette
*Support sales documentation and update CRM
*Identify potential clients and schedule meetings for the sales team
*Manage calls, visitors, couriers, front-desk operations, Greet and assist visitors professionally
* Coordinate basic admin work and vendor registration
*Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
*Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
