Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail, wellness product sales, or telesales. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about delivering premium lifestyle solutions while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle showroom walk-ins, telesales, cold calling, and lead follow-ups to generate sales opportunities and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the luxury and wellness segments.
• Manage client inquiries, consultations, and follow-ups by offering customized product solutions.
• Maintain and regularly update CRM databases with leads, customer interactions, quotations, and sales progress.
• Conduct telesales activities to generate appointments, showroom visits, and site meetings.
• Understand customer requirements and prepare suitable project briefs and execution plans.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, explaining product features and benefits effectively.
• Coordinate with technical, installation, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide post-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor products, and new product launches.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies.
• Maintain professional communication and organized sales documentation at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, luxury sales, wellness products, or telesales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and customer follow-ups.
• Good networking and relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
