Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai.
The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining products/services, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Explain company products and services clearly
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Follow up with customers regularly
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in telesales/customer service
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- English communication required; Hindi/Arabic is a plus
