Overview
We are looking for a confident and target-driven TeleSales Executive to join our sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Promote and sell company products/services over the phone
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer objections professionally
- Coordinate with the sales team and supervisor for performance improvement
