Role Overview
The Telesales Executive supports customers by providing information and professionally handling inquiries and concerns.
The role requires positive customer interactions in accordance with company standards.
Responsibilities and Key Tasks
- Research and contact prospective clients, qualify leads, and arrange suitable appointments for the Sales Team.
- Call existing customers and maintain relationships.
- Generate more than 20 qualified leads per day and contact 100 new prospect accounts per day.
- Collect prospect information and keep the client database accurate for direct mailing and follow-up calls.
- Log calls, monitor success rates, and report regularly on activity levels.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and support field sales in achieving corporate sales objectives.
- Represent the company accurately and positively by phone.
Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrable success in telesales, telemarketing, or tele-research, including setting appointments for field sales colleagues.
- Excellent oral communication and listening skills, with a professional phone manner and consultative approach.
- Strong organization, self-motivation, prioritization, and ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle rejection, set challenging goals, and quickly learn products and services.
- Analytical experience researching prospective customers, commercial awareness, and experience working toward targets.
- Interpersonal skills to work across the company.
- English and Arabic speakers are preferred.
- A-level, graduate-level education, or equivalent is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 5,500 per month; the description also mentions commission.
