Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed the department's sales and profitability targets.
- Maintain professional presentation standards.
- Implement marketing activities and monitor their effectiveness.
- Evaluate used-car trade-ins according to applicable guidelines.
- Make vehicle deliveries special occasions and demonstrate and explain vehicle features and benefits.
- Liaise with banks and insurance companies to obtain favorable deals for customers and the company.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure corrective action is taken.
- Provide quality customer service and regular follow-up; communicate professionally before, during, and after sales.
- Support department objectives and encourage team spirit.
- Develop relationships, contacts, and sales opportunities to improve penetration in existing and new markets.
Candidate specifications
- At least 2 years of experience in car sales.
- Automotive background is preferred.
- Friendly and adaptable to teamwork; customer-focused and results-oriented.
- Understanding of premium-luxury service.
- A UAE driver's license is required.
Compensation
- The description lists pay up to AED 7,000 per hour.
Workplace
- Work is in person. Abu Dhabi is listed as preferred.
