Role Overview
Own the Telegram channel end to end across regulated and emerging markets.
Build a Telegram community that is active, safe, and commercially valuable.
Shape the Telegram strategy with freedom to define the approach.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow large-scale Telegram channels and groups.
- Plan and deliver engagement, growth, and retention strategies.
- Run promotions, giveaways, and community campaigns.
- Set up and maintain bots and automation workflows.
- Moderate content, manage anti-spam measures, and protect community quality.
- Track performance analytics and report on growth and engagement.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience managing and growing large Telegram communities.
- Strong working knowledge of Telegram channels, groups, bots, and automation.
- Track record in community engagement, growth, and promotional campaigns.
- Experience with moderation and anti-spam tooling.
- Comfort analyzing performance data and optimizing accordingly.
Advantage
- Experience in iGaming, betting, or crypto is a strong advantage.
