Responsibilities
- Design and build a scalable, secure B2B aggregation platform.
- Plan and deliver migration from the third-party aggregator with minimal client disruption.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate a distributed development team across time zones.
- Align technology with commercial goals in partnership with the CEO.
- Own game provider and operator integrations, APIs, and platform performance.
- Set engineering standards, processes, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience at an iGaming aggregator, such as Hub88, Slotegrator, Alea, SoftSwiss, or similar.
- Strong background as a senior developer, tech lead, head of development, or solutions architect.
- Hands-on experience with game aggregation, provider integrations, and wallet/API architecture.
- Track record of delivering complex platform builds or migrations.
- Ability to lead and motivate a distributed team.
- Willingness to work full-time from the Dubai office.
