An iGaming regulator overseeing the UAE commercial gaming industry seeks a Supervision Manager based in its Abu Dhabi office.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate licensee compliance with regulatory requirements using supervision frameworks and methodologies.
- Support day-to-day licensee engagements and related administrative tasks; deliver supervision processes accurately and escalate risks promptly.
- Support regular inspections and assessments of gaming establishments for regulatory adherence.
- Use monitoring systems to track operators and licensees, identify non-compliance, and escalate risks.
- Analyze data and KPIs to identify trends, anomalies, and risks to industry integrity.
- Prepare timely, accurate reports documenting findings, observations, and recommendations for senior management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide input on regulatory requirements, standards, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in regulatory compliance, supervision, or a related role in the gaming industry or a regulatory agency.
- A university degree or professional certifications related to regulatory compliance or supervision are desired.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
