Licensing Product Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Clarify and validate licensing business needs with internal stakeholders and end-users.
• Provide requirements to Digital Delivery, including regulatory and operational considerations.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify gaps and improvements.
• Analyze workflows and create process maps, workflows, and use cases for regulatory licensing needs.
• Document business processes, regulatory interpretations, and licensing practices; prepare reports and presentations.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on requirements and project objectives.
• Coordinate with Digital Delivery so business needs are clearly conveyed to developers and vendors.
• Perform initial and ongoing UAT and support business stakeholders in validating the product.
• Support project planning, track progress, and report status to business stakeholders.
• Help prepare user manuals, stakeholder guidance, and platform training materials.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field, or significant appropriate experience in the same.
• Proven Product Manager, Business Analyst, or related-role experience.
• Regulatory or compliance project experience and/or commercial gaming experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of regulatory licensing processes and frameworks.
• Proficiency documenting business processes and requirements with UML, BPMN, or similar methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile project management is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management tools such as JIRA or Trello, and data analysis tools.
