Job Title: Rigger (Telecom)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Rigger to support telecom installations across Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in rigging for telecom towers and related infrastructure, and must be physically fit, reliable, and able to work at heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform rigging activities for telecom towers, antennas, and related infrastructure
• Install, dismantle, and maintain tower components, mounts, and cabling systems
• Assist technicians and engineers in equipment installation and alignment
• Ensure all lifting and rigging operations are carried out safely and efficiently
• Inspect and maintain rigging equipment (ropes, pulleys, harnesses, etc.)
• Follow project safety procedures and UAE regulations at all times
• Work at heights and in outdoor site conditions
• Coordinate with site supervisors and team members for daily tasks

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in telecom rigging or related field
• Proven experience working on telecom towers
• Good understanding of rigging techniques and safety standards
• Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding environments
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in telecom installations
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid rigging certification or training
• Experience in UAE or GCC projects
• Tagalog speakers preferred
• Age: Below 40 years
