General Manager - Electronics - GCC Region - Based in Dubai
About This Role
One of our clients is a leading Consumer Electronics Distributor in the GCC region and headquartered in the UAE.
They have asked us to headhunt a suitable candidate for General Manager to handle their range of Consumer Electronics products across the GCC region.
Drive the Consumer Electronics business focusing on sales growth, retail expansion, and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement business strategy
- Drive sales across retail, modern trade, and e-commerce
- Manage key accounts and distributor relationships
- Oversee product lifecycle and pricing strategies - Monitor market trends and competition
- Ensure operational efficiency and after-sales service
- Lead financial performance and cost control
- Build and manage high-performing teams
Candidate Profile:
- 20-25 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Strong UAE/GCC retail and distribution exposure
- Proven leadership and P&L ownership
- Strong industry network preferred Mandate Expectations
- Target candidates from leading FMCG/Consumer Electronics companies
- Preference for UAE/GCC-based candidates
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From AED60,000.00 per month
