Overview
One of our clients is a **leading Consumer Electronics Distributor in the GCC region** and headquartered in the UAE.
They have asked us to headhunt a suitable candidate for **General Manager** to handle their range of **Consumer Electronics products across the GCC region.**
Drive the Consumer Electronics business focusing on sales growth, retail expansion, and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement business strategy
- Drive sales across retail, modern trade, and e-commerce
- Manage key accounts and distributor relationships
- Oversee product lifecycle and pricing strategies - Monitor market trends and competition
- Ensure operational efficiency and after-sales service
- Lead financial performance and cost control
- Build and manage high-performing teams
Candidate Profile**
- 20-25 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Strong UAE/GCC retail and distribution exposure
- Proven leadership and P&L ownership
- Strong industry network preferred Mandate Expectations
- Target candidates from leading FMCG/Consumer Electronics companies
- Preference for UAE/GCC-based candidates
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From AED60,000.00 per month

- Consumer Electronics Distribution : 10 years (Required)
- GCC: 10 years (Required)
