Factory Supervisor (Aluminium & Glass Fabrication)
Location: Dubai
Salary up to AED 5,000 – 6,000
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily fabrication activities for glazing, curtain wall, ACP cladding, and aluminium works
- Monitor production output, quality, and timelines
- Allocate tasks to workers and ensure proper execution
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Report daily progress and issues to factory management
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in aluminium & glass factory operations
- Good understanding of façade products and fabrication processes
- Basic leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to manage shop floor activities effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
