Telecaller / Telesales Executive
to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating qualified leads, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients, property owners, and existing database contacts.
- Qualify leads and identify client requirements.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
- Invite clients to property launches, exhibitions, open houses, and company events.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Additional Responsibilities (Preferred)
- Contact property owners and landlords to source property listings.
- Assist in updating property listings on portals and CRM systems.
- Coordinate with agents regarding lead follow-ups and listing updates.
- Support marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives when required.
Requirements
- **Minimum 2 years of telesales, telemarketing, call center, customer service, or real estate experience.**
- Previous UAE real estate telecalling experience is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and telephone skills.
- Strong ability to handle objections and convert leads into appointments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and internet-based communication tools.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Performance Expectations
- Minimum 150–200 connected calls per day.
- Consistent lead generation and appointment-setting performance.
- Timely CRM updates and reporting.
