About Us
KHR Real Estate is a growing real estate company in Dubai specializing in helping clients find premium investment and residential properties.
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team and support our sales department by connecting with potential clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Make 200–300 outbound calls daily to company-provided leads.
- Introduce company projects and services to potential clients.
- Qualify leads and identify interested buyers/investors.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and client interactions.
- Update lead status in the CRM system.
- Transfer qualified and interested clients to senior sales agents.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in telecalling, telesales, call center, customer service, or a similar role.
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional speaking ability.
- Strong persuasion and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, email).
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Real estate experience will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
