We help small and medium businesses streamline their operations through Odoo ERP implementation, alongside branding, website, and app development.
We are a lean, fast-moving team with active clients across the UAE, expanding into Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
The Role
We are looking for a dedicated Functional Consultant to join our team.
You will be the bridge between our clients and our technical team - owning requirements, configuring Odoo, and ensuring smooth delivery from kickoff to go-live.
You will also support pre-demo discovery calls with our sales team.
What You Will Do
- Conduct business analysis sessions with SME clients to understand their workflows
- Map client requirements to Odoo modules and document functional specs
- Configure Odoo across modules including CRM, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, and Project
- Coordinate with developers on customisation requirements
- Deliver user training and manage client communication throughout the project
- Support go-live and provide post-implementation assistance
- Run short discovery calls with prospects and assist in scoping proposals
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on Odoo experience (v15, v16, or v17)
- Strong working knowledge of at least 4 Odoo modules
- Experience running requirements workshops with SME clients
- Excellent English communication skills - Arabic is a strong advantage
- Ability to explain Odoo to non-technical business owners
- Based in Dubai or able to join immediately
- Nice to have:
- Odoo certification
- UAE market experience
- Background in contracting, rental, trading, or services sectors
