Overview
We are expanding our sales team and are seeking ambitious **Sales Executives** with proven experience in the **fit-out, renovation, and interior contracting** sector in the UAE.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven environment and wants to earn uncapped commissions by closing high-value projects.
The successful candidate will focus on developing new business opportunities, nurturing long-term client relationships, and converting leads into awarded projects while working closely with internal design, estimation, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue residential and commercial fit-out opportunities
- Develop relationships with property owners, brokers, consultants, and developers
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations
- Coordinate proposals and pricing with technical teams
- Drive negotiations through to contract award
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline records
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated sales success within UAE fit-out, renovation, or interiors companies
- Strong local network and deal-closing ability
- Target-oriented mindset with high energy and professionalism
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- UAE driving license preferred
