Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven **General Manager** to lead and scale our operations in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will oversee all business functions, drive growth, ensure operational excellence, and lead multidisciplinary teams across our divisions.
The General Manager will be responsible for overall company performance, including operations, sales, project delivery, and profitability.
This role plays a critical part in shaping the company’s strategic direction and expanding its market presence.
A General Manager typically holds full responsibility for operations, financial performance, and team leadership across the business .
Leadership & Strategy
- Define and execute company-wide growth strategy and business plans
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
- Lead and align all departments (Sales, Design, Projects, Finance, HR)
Operations & Project Delivery
- Oversee all fit-out, renovation, and maintenance projects
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
- Implement operational systems, processes, and KPIs
Financial Management
- Manage P&L, budgets, cash flow, and cost control
- Improve margins through efficient procurement and value engineering
- Monitor financial performance and report to ownership
Business Development
- Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and key clients
- Lead major negotiations, tenders, and contract approvals
- Strengthen relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers
Team Leadership
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams
- Establish a strong performance-driven culture
- Oversee recruitment, training, and organizational structure
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, contracts, and safety standards
- Maintain high standards of quality, HSE, and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum **10–15 years of experience** in construction, fit-out, or interiors
- At least **5+ years in a senior leadership role (GM/Director level)**
- Strong experience in the **UAE market** (Dubai preferred)
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects and business units
- Strong financial and commercial acumen (P&L management)
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
