The Tool Service Centre Technician is part of the KSA TSC team and repairs Hilti tools with a focus on quality, speed, and repair costs.
This is an entry-level role intended to prepare the employee for future career development at Hilti.
Responsibilities
- Repair Hilti power tools across product segments, including angle grinders, rotary and combi hammers, vacuum cleaners, breakers, screwdrivers, and diamond and measuring tools.
- Use analytical skills to perform root cause analysis and develop proposals and solutions to improve repair quality, speed, and costs.
What you’ll bring
- Technical degree; Electrical or Mechanical is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, teamwork, and commitment to achieving results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in English.
- High commitment to customer satisfaction and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and outgoing, with willingness to develop and explore different areas of the business.
