Manage and grow relationships with key construction and industrial clients during major project execution.
Act as a strategic partner to integrate Hilti solutions into ongoing projects and support value, efficiency, and customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Own relationships with contractors, engineers, and procurement stakeholders across assigned projects.
- Support implementation of Hilti products, software, and services during construction project execution.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within ongoing projects.
- Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations for project-specific challenges.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, logistics, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Track project progress, sales activities, and forecasts using CRM tools.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; Civil or Mechanical is preferred, or a Mechanical Diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, project management, or the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles and stakeholder dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
