Serve as a lead solution consultant for large construction jobsites and provide end-to-end business support.
The role uses hands-on, consultative selling, demonstrating products and selling software, services, and aftercare.
What you’ll do
- Manage assigned large construction jobsites from inception to completion and act as the lead contact for jobsite matters.
- Recommend solutions for relevant applications and specific trades.
- Demonstrate products and explain their value for money.
- Collaborate with jobsite stakeholders and drive initiatives.
- Run seminars, product training, and workshops about new technologies and Hilti products.
- Troubleshoot contractor challenges and coordinate internally to deliver on time.
- Identify business growth opportunities and recommend actions.
- Maintain customer relationships and coordinate with the Sold-to Account Manager on receivables.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering and 2–3 years of construction sales experience.
- Excellent project management skills and exposure to handling construction jobsites.
- Product demonstration skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Self-motivation, energy, willingness to learn, and a can-do attitude.
- Business acumen, problem-solving, and customer relationship management ability.
- Ability to handle technical and commercial tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
