Manage and grow relationships with key construction and industrial clients during execution of major projects.
Act as a strategic partner to integrate Hilti solutions into active projects, creating value, efficiency, and customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Own relationships with project stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and procurement teams.
- Support implementation of Hilti products, software, and services during construction project mid-phases.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities in ongoing projects.
- Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations for project-specific challenges.
- Coordinate with engineering, logistics, marketing, and customer service teams for project delivery.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Track project progress, sales activity, and forecasts in CRM tools.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; civil or mechanical is preferred; alternatively, a mechanical diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, project management, or the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles and stakeholder dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
