Responsibilities
- Manage implementation and continuous improvement of the quality management system and ensure compliance with business, statutory, legal, and contractual requirements.
- Champion HSE standards, wellbeing, inclusion, and a positive safety culture.
- Manage project delivery, quality systems, budgets, risks, governance, and collaborative project teams in support of programme milestones.
- Prepare and quality-check documents for accuracy, brand alignment, and best-practice formatting.
- Improve document structure, language, narrative flow, style, tone, and voice; develop templates, reports, guidance, editorial standards, and editing manuals.
- Introduce tools, technologies, and AI-powered assistants to improve document development, review, and publication processes.
Requirements
- Relevant bachelor’s degree.
- Extensive editorial experience.
- Advanced Microsoft and Adobe skills.
- Detail-focused and adaptable, with stakeholder management capability.
