Opportunity to work on a state-of-the-art airport project in Doha.

Projects are delivered in a live airport environment while maintaining operational continuity and aviation compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery and support programme milestones while maintaining quality systems.
- Manage project planning, scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, governance, and change control.
- Coordinate teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders; act as the interface between stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and prepare executive reports, presentations, and programme updates.
- Support procurement, contract administration, and commercial management; deliver with minimal impact on airport operations and passengers.
- Champion HSE compliance, wellbeing, inclusion, and a positive safety culture.
Essential requirements
- Degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent; at least 10–15 years of project management experience.
- Demonstrable aviation-sector project delivery experience, including relevant airport, aviation systems, infrastructure, or operational improvement projects.
- Strong stakeholder management in complex operational environments; experience managing consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills; strong commercial and risk management capabilities.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience at major international airports.
- Previous client-side, PMC, or programme management experience.
- Familiarity with airport operational requirements, aviation regulations, and live-environment project delivery.
- Experience across multiple workstreams in a large airport expansion or transformation programme.
