Responsibilities
- Lead standards for safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability, and compliance.
- Manage key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery.
- Support planning performance and ensure projects and tenders are planned, scheduled, and monitored.
- Support negotiations, contract development, business development, and function or business-unit strategy.
- Support project teams, share knowledge, and build collaborative client and stakeholder relationships.
- Promote inclusion, wellbeing, innovation, and use of organizational expertise and best practice.
Experience and capabilities
- Extensive successful project and programme planning experience in a sector left unspecified in the source template.
- Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise and strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Leadership experience managing large, diverse teams and relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant local health and safety rules and of carbon and sustainability considerations.
- Professional membership of APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA, or equivalent development is listed.
