What you’ll do

• Define customer use cases, personas, compliance workflows, user decisions, questions, and evidence needs.
• Build and communicate the Compliance Solutions product roadmap, including Compliance Monitor, informed by customer feedback, regulatory developments, commercial input, and company priorities.
• Own the content roadmap and allocate work across analysts, external experts, and the Research Fellow.
• Track BIS and export-control changes and turn them into content priorities.
• Write statements of work that define scope, schedule, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Drive release and publication cadence, track milestones, and work with Platform Engineering to scope, test, and deploy features.
• Oversee the Compliance Monitor landing page, including alerts, BIS update summaries, monthly reports, and opinion pieces.
• Plan quarterly engagement with subscribed customers and support customer briefings.
• Support demos, positioning, and renewals with Sales and Product Marketing; use customer feedback to identify coverage gaps.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–8 years of product management or technical program management experience with compliance, regulatory, technical intelligence, or B2B subscription data products.
• Working knowledge of export controls, BIS regulations (EAR), and Entity List implications.
• Ability to set product and content strategy, build roadmaps, and turn regulatory changes and customer needs into specifications and statements of work.
• Experience directing internal and external contributors and collaborating with commercial leaders, Sales, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Strong analytical and accuracy-focused skills; familiarity with semiconductor supply-chain dynamics.
• Excellent writing skills for turning technical and regulatory information into clear customer-facing deliverables.
