Role overview
Manage technical and engineering activities for RTA infrastructure projects covering roads, bridges, underpasses, and utilities.
Responsibilities
- Review IFC drawings, specifications, and technical documents for compliance with RTA requirements.
- Supervise shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and RFIs.
- Lead the technical engineering team and coordinate deliverables.
- Liaise with RTA, consultants, designers, and subcontractors on technical coordination and approvals.
- Resolve design discrepancies, technical issues, and construction challenges.
- Monitor submissions, approvals, and engineering progress against project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and authority requirements.
- Oversee as-built drawings and technical documentation for handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 12–15 years of infrastructure project experience, including technical management.
- Proven UAE RTA project experience involving roads, bridges, and underpasses.
- Strong knowledge of RTA standards, technical approvals, and design coordination.
- Strong leadership, technical coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 18,000–26,000 per month.
