Supervise and coordinate carpentry activities on building and villa construction projects for the Emaar project in Dubai.
Ensure quality workmanship, site safety, and timely completion.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily carpentry, formwork, shuttering, and other assigned work.
- Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet site requirements.
- Ensure execution follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with site engineers, general foremen, and subcontractors.
- Monitor progress, productivity, and material use; address execution issues.
- Ensure workmanship quality and compliance with site safety requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience on building or villa construction projects is mandatory.
- Strong practical knowledge of carpentry, formwork, shuttering, and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Experience supervising carpenters and skilled labour teams.
- UAE construction experience is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 5,000–6,500 per month.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
