Construction Manager for building and villa projects in Dubai, on the Emaar project.
The role manages construction delivery to achieve timely completion, quality workmanship, safety compliance, and effective resource use.
Responsibilities
- Lead construction activities and coordinate site operations, manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and schedules; supervise Site Engineers, General Foremen, and subcontractor teams.
- Monitor progress, productivity, quality, and milestones; resolve delays, site challenges, and resource constraints.
- Coordinate technical and construction matters with consultants, clients, and project management.
- Ensure HSE and quality compliance and provide construction progress reports to the Project Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proven construction management experience in building or villa projects is mandatory.
- Arabic-speaking candidates are required.
- Strong knowledge of civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works.
- Experience managing manpower, subcontractors, and construction schedules.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE construction experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 20,000–26,000 per month.
