Alghanim International is hiring a TFM Coordinator for Facilities Management operations in Dubai.
The role supports MEP maintenance coordination, subcontractor management, CAFM systems, and operational reporting.
Facilities management duties
- Coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance for MEP systems and facility services.
- Supervise maintenance teams and subcontractors and manage work orders through CAFM/CMMS systems.
- Prepare quotations, monthly invoices, reports, trackers, requisitions, purchase requests, and vendor invoices.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, schedules, and contractual SLAs; coordinate resources and service providers.
- Maintain asset registers and technical maintenance records, and ensure HSE and Permit-to-Work compliance.
- Work with clients and the Facilities Manager to resolve operational issues.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering.
- 5–7 years of relevant Total Facilities Management experience; UAE experience is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, MEP maintenance, and coordination of PPM, reactive maintenance, and subcontractors.
- Working knowledge of CAFM/CMMS, such as Maximo or equivalent.
- Experience with FM quotations, invoices, reports, and purchase requests; understanding of HSE, SLAs, and FM procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, reporting, documentation, communication, coordination, and problem-solving.
Preferred experience
- Experience supporting large commercial facilities, parking facilities, or government-related FM contracts in the UAE is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 4,000–5,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
