Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Technical Lead** to lead the development of robust, scalable, and secure enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in **.NET Core**, **cloud platforms**, **SQL**, and modern front-end technologies such as **Angular**, **Blazor**, **Razor Pages**, and **MVC**.
Strong knowledge of **CI/CD pipelines**, **GitFlow**, and **automated testing** practices is essential.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with at least 4 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in **.NET Core**, **C#**, **Entity Framework**, and **LINQ**.
- Solid experience with **SQL Server** and database design.
- Hands-on experience with **Angular**, **Blazor**, **Razor Pages**, and **MVC**.
- Hands-on experience with microservices and micro frontend architectures.
- Proven experience with **CI/CD tools** (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Deep understanding of **GitFlow**, branching strategies, and version control.
- Experience with **unit testing** (e.g., xUnit, NUnit) and **integration testing** practices.
- Familiarity with **cloud platforms** (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and cloud-native development.
- Deep understanding of **software design patterns**, **SOLID principles**, and **clean architecture**.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, AWS Certified Developer).
