Marketing Executive

Overview

Marketing & Brand Management

• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote company services.
• Maintain and strengthen the company brand identity across all marketing channels.
• Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Social Media Management

• Manage the company's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
• Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
• Monitor social media performance and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.

Graphic Design & Content Creation

• Design marketing materials such as social media posts, brochures, flyers, presentations, company profiles, banners, and advertisements.
• Create visual content aligned with the company's branding guidelines.
• Coordinate photography, videography, and promotional content when required.

Digital Marketing

• Assist in planning and managing paid advertising campaigns on social media and digital platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize results.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.

Business Development Support

• Promote company services including Virtual Offices, Shared Services, Reception Services, Meeting Rooms, and Business Support Solutions.
• Support marketing activities related to events, partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives.

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare monthly marketing reports and performance summaries.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure marketing objectives are achieved.
• Track marketing KPIs and recommend improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Graphic Design and Social Media Management.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Strong communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage.
• Experience with B2B marketing and corporate services is preferred.
• Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Experience

• Digital marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
