Role Purpose
The Business Analyst plays a key role in identifying, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to support ADEK’s digital transformation initiatives.
This role ensures that every project or platform enhancement is guided by clear business needs, measurable outcomes, and optimized user and process flows.
By bridging business teams and technical delivery functions, the Business Analyst helps design efficient, scalable, and user-centered solutions aligned with ADEK’s Smart & Connected Education Ecosystem vision.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science.
Experience
- 6-8 years of experience in business analysis within digital transformation, technology, or enterprise projects.
- Experience gathering and managing requirements for multi-stakeholder systems (preferably in education or government).
- Exposure to both agile and waterfall project environments.
Certifications / Tools
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI-PBA, or Agile BA preferred.
- Familiarity with DevOps, Miro, Visio, etc for analysis and visualization.
- Working knowledge of BPMN, UML, and Agile user story mapping techniques.
Competencies
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
· Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
· Ability to translate business needs into clear, testable requirements.
· Proactive collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
· Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
· Commitment to continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
