Solution Architect

.We are looking for highly skilled **Solution Architect.** The Solution Architect is responsible for designing secure, scalable, and cost-effective technology solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.

The role works closely with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, infrastructure teams, security teams, vendors, and integration teams to translate business requirements into practical technical designs.

The Solution Architect ensures that proposed solutions are fit for purpose, technically sound, reusable, maintainable, and compliant with organizational standards, security policies, and industry best practices.

· Analyze business requirements and translate them into end-to-end technical solution designs.

· Prepare architecture documents such as High-Level Design, Solution Design Document, integration design, deployment architecture, and technical specifications.

· Design solutions across applications, APIs, databases, cloud, infrastructure, security, and integration layers.

· Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture principles.

· Review and assess current systems, identify gaps, and recommend improvements or modernization approaches.

· Work with development teams to guide implementation and ensure alignment with approved architecture.

· Define integration patterns using APIs, middleware, message queues, gateways, or enterprise service bus platforms.

· Support cloud, hybrid, and on-premises solution design based on organizational needs.

· Review security, compliance, data privacy, identity, access management, and authentication requirements.

· Evaluate technology options, vendor products, platforms, and tools.

· Participate in architecture review boards, change advisory boards, and technical governance meetings.

· Support project estimation, technical planning, risk assessment, and implementation of roadmaps.

· Ensure proper documentation of architecture decisions, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and constraints.

· Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, cybersecurity, database, application, and business teams.

· Provide technical leadership and guidance during project delivery and troubleshooting.

· Promote reusable components, standard design patterns, and enterprise technology standards.

Familiar with standards ISO, UAE and others.

· Strong experience in solution architecture, software design, enterprise systems, or technology consulting.

· Good understanding of application architecture, APIs, databases, integrations, infrastructure, and security.

· Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is preferred.

· Knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architecture, authentication, authorization, and API gateways.

· Experience preparing HLD, SDD, architecture diagrams, technical proposals, and implementation plans.

· Understanding DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, performance, and availability concepts.

· Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF is an advantage.

· Strong knowledge of security principles, including IAM, SSO, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, MFA, encryption, and secure API design.

· Ability to evaluate technical risks and propose mitigation plans.

· Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

· Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Microsoft .NET

· Angular, React, or modern frontend frameworks.

· SQL Server, Oracle, noSQL, or other database platforms.

· Azure services, containers, Kubernetes, Docker, or serverless platforms.

· API management, ESB, message queues, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or integration gateways.

· Monitoring and logging tools such as ELK, Dynatrace, and Application Insights.

· SharePoint, Power Platform, ServiceNow, CRM, ERP, or enterprise platforms.

· AI, data, analytics, or automation platforms would be an added advantage.

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

· 10+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in solution architecture or technical design roles.

· Certifications such as TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect are preferred.
