Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural and technical drawings for high-rise residential and luxury villa projects.
- Develop apartment layouts and planning drawings and prepare façade drawings, elevations, sections, and details.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
- Review drawings for accuracy, constructability, and project compliance; incorporate design changes and technical comments.
- Prepare working drawings and construction documentation.
- Resolve drawing-related issues with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Maintain drawing standards, revisions, and project documentation.
- Support design and technical teams during design development and construction.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant technical drafting experience.
- Proven apartment-planning and façade-detailing experience and strong high-rise residential experience.
- Luxury villa project experience is required.
- Knowledge of architectural construction details and materials.
- AutoCAD proficiency is essential; Revit or other BIM software is advantageous.
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings; attention to detail, deadline management, coordination, and communication skills.
Preferred experience
- Dubai/UAE residential development experience, particularly high-rise towers and luxury residential projects, is preferred.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
