The role involves client communication, property bookings, and delivering strong customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle holiday home enquiries and reservations.
- Manage bookings, cancellations, amendments, and guest requests.
- Communicate with guests by phone, email, WhatsApp, and booking platforms.
- Explain property availability, rates, services, and other relevant information.
- Coordinate with property management, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Follow up with guests before and during their stay.
- Handle complaints and resolve guest issues professionally.
- Maintain booking and client records.
- Update property availability and booking information on relevant platforms.
- Support upselling of properties and additional services.
- Maintain a positive guest experience from booking through check-out.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in holiday homes, real estate, reservations, property management, or guest services.
- Previous property booking or short-term rental experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Experience with CRM, reservation, or property management systems is required.
- Good English communication skills are required.
- Arabic or other languages are advantageous.
- Dubai or UAE experience is preferred.

- The role requires managing multiple enquiries and reservations in a fast-paced environment.
