A Dubai QSR brand is hiring Crew Members to provide fast, friendly, and accurate service according to brand standards.
The role focuses on guest experience, food and beverage preparation, order accuracy, and keeping service areas clean and safe.
Guest service and operations
- Greet guests, assist with menu selections, take accurate counter or drive-thru orders, and handle inquiries, special requests, and issues promptly.
- Prepare and assemble food and beverages to standard recipes; maintain quality, portion control, and food safety.
- Operate POS systems, handle cash and electronic payments, and pack orders accurately.
- Maintain clean dining, kitchen, and service areas; follow health, safety, hygiene, and temperature-control policies; clean equipment and dispose of waste responsibly.
- Work with kitchen and front-of-house colleagues, help during peak hours, and assist with opening and closing as required.
Required skills and attributes
- Friendly, outgoing, customer-oriented approach and excellent English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and use basic math for POS and cash handling.
- Reliable, punctual, adaptable, willing to learn, and committed to a strong work ethic.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Food-service, hospitality, or retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Food-handling certification is preferred, or candidates may be willing to obtain it.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay
- AED 2,000–2,200 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person in Dubai, UAE.
