Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve quality coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages.
- Provide friendly, welcoming service and engage with guests.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and other equipment.
- Keep the station clean and organized; follow health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash, process payments, and manage orders efficiently.
- Restock supplies and help manage inventory.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of similar-role experience is preferred.
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Flexible to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
