Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in restaurant management; QSR experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with financial management, budgeting, and cost-control practices.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Working conditions
- The role may require evening, weekend, and holiday work depending on restaurant hours.
- The role may involve extended periods of standing and occasionally lifting heavy items.
