Role overview
Oversee and optimize third-party seller and vendor performance on the noon platform.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on onboarding, fulfillment, compliance, and service levels.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily vendor operations and ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment.
- Work with warehouse and Darkstores teams to resolve vendor issues; monitor absenteeism, attrition, and shift adherence.
- Support onboarding with documentation, system setup, and process training; improve operational processes.
- Provide vendor feedback and performance reviews; audit vendor campsites and transportation facilities.
- Prepare performance reports, escalate significant issues, coordinate resolutions, and uphold company policies and customer service standards.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- 3+ years in vendor operations, supply chain, or fulfillment; e-commerce or retail experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of vendor lifecycle management and fulfillment processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; SQL is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, relationship management, and attention to detail.
- Proactive approach and comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
